by law you have to be 18+ but i know 13_14 yrs olds who have tattos so i think you can it just depends on where you live and if any one in you famalie is close to a tattooist for them to give you a tattoo i am also looking for places to get a tattoo on my 16th b-day if any one knows any were please contact mee :) :p
