Yes - The Motorola Q syncs up with Microsoft Outlook Contacts on your PC once set up to do so. So once set up, all you have to do to upload or download contact information from the phone to the PC is to connect the Motorola Q to your PC in synchronization mode, open Microsoft Outlook on your PC and hit F9.

*) Original Set-Up: Press the mail button (top-right), Select Outlook E-mail, Select Menu, Select Tools, Select Options, Select Account Settings, Enter the required information for server, log in and password, domain, and be sure to check the box corresponding to synchronize contacts.

*) Synchronization Mode: Press the Start Button, Find System Tools, Settings, Connections, USB Device Type, and Select ActiveSync Rndis. For synchronization mode to work properly when your phone is connected to your PC, you will also have to install ActiveSync software on your PC. This software comes with your phone, but can also be downloaded by Googling: Motorola Activesync download, and selecting the Motorola site link from the results.
