I ate crackers when I felt faint and it was fine. I got sick of drinking the lemonaide but drank plenty of water and I still lost a pound or so a day. I did this diet once before and was going to see if I still would lose weight if I ate a few crackers and got the same results. I did drank the tea for the bathroom and I also would have a sip of cihcken broth. Just don't over do it - it's really ok.
