yes if you put that phone on that plan you can have any network and simcard
When you buy a phone it usually has a red card in the box or package you can activate a phone by calling or by computer. You can go on the phones network provider like t-mobile and version. After you activate your phone they will send you a text saying what your # is if they don't then go under contacts and scroll down to my number.
In any store that sells cell phones. They have prepaid models. You just buy it and activate it at home. The directions are in the phone box.
Since 7/15/03, US Cellular will NOT activate a phone unless it is US Cellular-sourced. That merely means that it was originally sold by US Cellular or an authorized agent. It does NOT mean you have to buy the phone from a US Cellular store. You CAN buy a phone from a friend, eBay, or wherever, but it MUST be US Cellular-branded. Also, phones can be direct-purchased from some manufacturer's, most notably Motorola. They will ask you who you're carrier is, and ship the phone US Cellular-branded. These phones can be activated.
Nope they only allow and activate they own cell phones.
You will have to go to the service provider and ask them to activate the phone. They will usually charge a fee , about $20, to activate a phone you did not buy directly from them.
yes
If you mean just the phone and not the AT&T service then yes. When you buy the phone from AT&T they give you the phone and you activate it through iTunes. You can also buy the phone from apple. In a store or online.
You can buy the iphone from apple & put it on whatever network you want to, but you cannot buy it from a phone network & change the network.
Well you can get the blackberry phone any network but it depends in what shop you buy it in. :)
An unlocker allows your phone to be used on any network rather than being locked to one particular network. When you buy your phone it will be locked to the network you took the contract out with but if you wish to change network you will need to pay an unlocker to make your phone work with your new network. An unlocked phone also has a greater second hand value as it appeals to more people.
It's completely free. You just have to buy the phone first.
