Give your head a shake.....We are talking about a device intended for medical use. Have you considered that most of the "dollar store" items are cheap imported "junk", manufactured from questionable materials in more than likely questionable facilities. And the answer to your question is no for the above listed reasons.

Seriously the body piercing industry has come a long way and evolved a great deal in the interest of safe, clean and properly provided piercings in licensed and inspected facilities. Piercings done by people who have studied and trained under the supervision of some very knowledgeable, professional and intelligent senior piercers.

You're looking for needles to do your own piercings, seriously think about what you are planning to do and consider these points. You can, due to your own stupidity and ignorance, permanently injury your self or some one else through your actions. That makes you liable for any thing that goes wrong. Skip the legal aspect lets think about infections, tetanus, HIV, Hep, Meningitis not to mention MRSA.

You're looking for "cheap". A cheap piercing with cheap materials in a DIY environment just makes you look foolish and stupid, I trust you're not a stupid person, leave the piercings for the professionals.
