To be rejected once is not the end of the world.

It may simply be that she is not ready for this yet.

If you are good friends, then carry on with the friendship. If she is single then all the more reason to do so if you really want to win her heart.

You should not cancel a good friendship just because she does not want to marry you or go to bed with you. Spend time with her. Make her feel important.

Give it time and be patient. If she smiles at you (In a friendly way) this mean she likes you.

To actually become serious partners is a big step and should not be dealt with lightly.

If she however flirts with other boys and tells you no, then that is most probably because she is not interested in you as a partner for life. This could also mean that you are actually too good for her and you should try to find somebody with more of your own qualities. It is understandably not easy to move on when you are deeply in love and the feelings are not mutual.
