No. A woman can only get pregnant from intercourse with a MAN who has a PENIS. Sperm cells are required to impregnate a women. So unless we include a MtF transsexual woman who hasn't undergone surgery in the definition of a woman for the purposes of this question, then a woman cannot get another woman pregnant.

For a woman to get pregnant from another woman, she would require specialized medical help, and that sort of research is still a ways off. Researchers might in time be able to turn any cell in the body into a viable sperm cell. They may have done that already, but it will take more research before they actually start human trials.

At any rate, a woman can't accidentally get another woman pregnant except under unusual circumstances. For instance, a man could have sex with a bisexual woman or be engaged in a three-way encounter, and his partner might immediately have sex with another woman. So the second woman has a small chance of getting pregnant that way, but only if enough of the man's semen gets inside.
