Can use change the barrel and slide from a 32 acp mab model d to a 380 same model?

You'd have to talk with the company to know the proper way to do this.
In addition to changing the slide & barrel, one would also have to get the proper recoil spring in there (which balances the mass of the slide with the recoil force of the round). Additionally, one would also need to get the proper magazine as well. Will the new 380 magazine fit into a magazine well designed for a ,32 ACP?? I don't know, but the company or a competent gunsmith might,.

How to load a Daisy bb gun model 141 defender?
The model 141 has a shot tube in the barrel. Look at the end of the barrel, you will see that it is gnarled around the edge. Unscrew it from the barrel and pull it out. The shot tube is loaded with BB and screwed back into the barrel. The Daisy model 25 is loaded the same way. See the link below for the owners manual for the model 25 it has the basic same shot tube.

You don't unscrew the barrel off the model 99 you unscrew the shot-tube inside the barrel. Look closely at the end of the barrel you will see that it has ridges around the end. Grab these and untwist the very end of the barrel. It will come out and you will be able to pull out the shot tube. See the link below for the Owners guide for the model 25, it uses the exact same barrel and loading system as the model 99.

No. The barrlel and grip are longer on the Government model. The Gov't model has a barrel bushing, where the Mustang does not.

On my 1950s vintage Ithaca Model 37 16 gauge it is on the right side of the end of the receiver where the magazine tube and barrel go into the receiver, and also on the barrel adjacent to the number on the receiver. The numbers should be the same on both the barrel and receiver unless the barrel is not the original barrel, at least on mine they are.
