Actually, the use of any type of drug, being marijuana, tobacco, alcohol crystal, coke, any type can cause all sorts of menstrual irregularities. It can cause delays, different flows, etc. Also, smoking marijuana can, in most cases, ease the pain cramping. I learned all of this because my fiance was dealing with the same thing, so we asked her doctor and this is what he told us. Hope this helps.

As a user, it HAS delayed my normally consecutive menstrual cycle several days/weeks and eased the horrible cramps when I do get it. It has its ups and downs, though if you're sexually active it can bring a lot of stress when it comes to missing your period.
