QCarbo32 worked for me. Im a heavy smoker. I didnt smoke for 4 days before the test and drank lots of water in those days. I drank the whole bottle, and then some more water(about 16 oz). urinated about 3 times, and used an at home test i got from walgreens. It came back negative(passed test). Decided to try my luck and go to the lab for my UA. We will see the end results in a couple days...
