Most theme parks recommend that getting on thrill rides are not a good idea for pregnant women, however I don't think that in the early stages of pregnancy it would hurt any. But that would be something to discuss with your doctor. It could be subject to change depending on your age, and weather you have had miscarriages or any past like that.

It is beneficial to exercise while pregnant. You don't want to be starting out on your first bike ride when you are pregnant, but if you have been cycling before your pregnancy and you don't lose your sense of balance the way some pregnant women do, then by all means maintain your fitness level and continue cycling all the way through your ninth month. I did just that as a recreational cyclist, and you can find many stories of professional cyclists and triathletes doing the same. Make sure to stay well hydrated on your rides and make sure not to over heat. Disclaimer: be sure to get the okay from your doctor first.
