well considering the fact that your mouth has nothing to do with your baby growing in you i don't see why not. you would just have to make sure it don't get infected because that could possibly well obviously hurt the baby because if it gets infected enough it could infect the blood which could be BAD. Real professional body piercing studios will not pierce anyone who is pregnant. Anyone who will knowingly provide piercing services to someone who is pregnant is not a professional body piercer.
