Pregnancy does not cause boils but the surge of your hormones could be the culprit. To help with the pain soak the boil in hot water (with or without epsom salt) or apply a heating pad. Heat causes the head to form and will draw the pus out. Do not, under any circumstance, try to pop the boil. Squeezing it or lancing it yourself could cause further infection. If you are running a fever or there are "veiny" line radiating from the boil seek medical attention ASAP.
