That cannot be simply answered because there are so many variables at play. Do you have a high metabolism? Are you large or small? How much and how often do you smoke? How long has it been since you last smoked? How long and how much Niacin have you been taking?
I passed a urine test after 12 days of not smoking marijuana, taking 250mg of time release Niacin every day because someone told me too. I smoked habitually before the twelve day hiatus. Of course, there is no scientific evidence that would say for sure I passed simply because of the Niacin intake. I also have a high metabolism and live a pretty active lifestyle. Taking it can't hurt though...
