Most definitely. It's said to affect sperm motility but I don't believe by much. Depends on how much the guy smokes and the overall health of the man and woman. I've had friends who were major stoners get girls pregnant but at the same time I've had other friends who have tried for a baby and it took them longer than it probably should have. If you're worried about becoming pregnant, don't use weed as a form of Birth Control. If you're trying for a baby, decide if you want that baby badly enough to give up smoking.
