I was cleaning My peircing Twice a day once in the morning once at night everyday and I still had a keloid appear... I was so upset and regretted getting my peircing on my nose, then I mixed salt and tea Tree oil with three drops of coconut oil together And stacked it on the keloid/peircing buno and literally the next night it was a scab and fell off and I’m bump free, it burned just a tad bit now I’m using salt water and a little bit of witch hazel in the salt water that way it’s diluted and my nose hasn’t looked better, I’m so happy with my results and I’ll probably continue to use witch hazel diluted in salt water it’s the only thing keeping my nose clean and doesn’t cause my nose to bump up but I also have very oily skin, always do things with caution! Listen to your body!!

Well, honey, technically you can use witch hazel to clean your pipe, but it's not the most effective choice. You're better off using isopropyl alcohol or a specialized pipe cleaning solution for a thorough clean. Witch hazel might leave a residue or not fully break down the gunk in your pipe. But hey, if you're in a pinch, go ahead and give it a try.

Using witch hazel for a nose piercing is generally not recommended. While it has astringent properties that can help with minor irritation, it may also cause dryness or irritation to the sensitive skin around a new piercing. Instead, it’s best to follow the aftercare instructions provided by your piercer, which typically include using saline solutions or specific antiseptic products designed for piercings to promote healing. Always consult with a professional if you have any concerns about your piercing care.
