Yes, a very small amount of weight-loss may occur. The weight-loss is for two reasons. One is that your body will need to burn a few calories to bring itself back to normal temperature. The second reason is discussed on this linked page. See also:
Hmmm, cold showers would have nothing at all to do with weight loss.
You cannot lose weight by taking a cold shower. A warm shower will help because it will help burn the excessive fats beneath your skin.
Burned food will not help you lose weight. It will however help you get cancer.
The answer is, YES. A cold shower increases circulation, eliminates toxins and boosts your immune system. This happens even when you are sick.
It does help lose weight and, helps you tone your musclesyes
There is a lot of ways to lose weight. one way that helps me is by doing a couple running sports like soccer and dancing. Another way is to take cold showers and let the cold water run down your neck, back, and shoulders, There is a fat called brown fat that helps get rid of unneeded fat by making it body heat.
Cold drinking water may help you burn a few extra calories as you digest it because your body has to work harder to maintain its core temperature. But itβs not likely that drinking cold water is a powerful jump-start tool for weight loss.
In my opinion it does help. A study showed a decrease in weight for the people who tried it.
Ummm, weird but i honestly don't think that is healthy, don't do it, find another way. (edit) This may or may not be bad for your health, and it almost definitely will not help you to lose weight. The only good time for a cold shower is when you're too hot. You'd be better off altering your diet. Even if it's something as simple as changing your potion sizes to control eating habits. I find that 4 or 5 half-size meals a day keeps me going and helps stop snacking.
What is "it"?
Treadmills can definitely help you lose weight but I would recommend that you do interval training.
it does not help lose weight but it helps your skin to become softer
