Generally...no.
In simplest terms, an above ground pool pump is a flooded suction pump, which means the water level must be higher than the pump for it to operate, and an inground pump has the ability to draw water up from a level lower than the pump. The engineering and structure of these two different types of pumps is what makes them work the way they do. This means that, in a typical installation, you could use an inground-specific pump on an above ground pool, but not an above ground pump on an inground pool with the water level below the pump.
Above-ground pools can be bought at several online retailers. Examples of these retailers include Leslie's and Walmart. A used above-ground pool can also be found at eBay.
I used a sand base for our 20' round above ground pool. It's much easier to deal with after the pool is gone. Greener too.

I just put up an above ground pool and we used sand to level the ground. To level the sand, we used one of those string levelers and tied it to stakes on each side of the pool area to make sure it was all level.
No
Yes as long as the above ground pool walls aren't rusted and all the parts are there its easily removed and relocated. You will need a new liner.
Generally a safety cover is not required for an above ground pool since the height of the sides of the pool create the barrier to entry. Be sure that none of the pool equipment or piping around your above ground pool could be used to climb up into the pool and always remove the ladder from the pool and store it several feet away from the pool when the pool is not in use. Generally, this will create a barrier of 3-5 feet high (depending upon the height of the pool sidewall) to prevent accidental entry into the pool. Please check with your local city and county as they may have specific requriements for above ground pool installation unique to your area. With all of this being said, the most important part of any pool installation is safety and a safety cover for an above ground pool is one more level of caution that should not be ignored and should be seriously considered regardless of the cost. Pool safety is priceless.
That shouldn't be a problem. You may need a different filter pump, though. The ones normally used with above ground pools are meant to be operated lower than the water level.
The answer will depend on the measurement units used. Also, it is necessary to know which number is the radius/diameter of the pool and which is its height.
It will depend greatly on the size of the deck, the size of the pool, the type of materials used, if the pool is above ground or below, and if the pool is already built. Without knowing the answer to these questions, it will be impossible to know what the final price will be.
"Yes, there are a couple that you can check out. I used Backyard City's swimming pool installation guide when I did mine." "You can even find in ground swimming pool installation guides online, which is definitely the way to go if you can do it."
