Yes! This depends on the trading standard laws in the country it was bought of course, since you may not legally be entitled to a refund anyways. Typically customer service reps appreciate that cards change/get lost/stolen and it shouldn't be a problem. Some proof may be required to back up your claim - this is to prevent fraudulent use of cards. For example, one could buy an expensive TV with a stolen card only with the intention of refunding the item using their own card - therefore avoiding ATM cameras and getting the most money possible transferred at once.
