Certainly; there are no laws which restrict the consumption of non-alcoholic beer. i would se no problem with it altho what is really the point on nonalcoholic beer the point would be to get drunk but if there is no alcohol then its just a nasty tasting beverage

The legal age to purchase non-alcoholic beer and the like (such as alcohol removed wine, which obviously does NOT include the likes of sparkling juice), is 18 in the state of Ohio
