Everyone has the right to defend themselves, to stop something they don't want to happen to them. But there's no legal right for revenge.

If the bad thing has already happened, punishment should come from some authority instead. Can be a headmaster/principal, or even the police.

sure. but not a REALLY tough boy (or a fully grown man) As a professional gymnast with 14 years in the "biz", I say it's completely possible.
