Yes. Usually auto debit collections do not happen on Sunday's and national holidays. the Bank has the right to make the collection on the next day or any other day it finds that the collection was missed.

What is it called when you skip a car payment and add to end of note?

When you asked for a missed payment to be added to the end of the loan, it's called a Forbearance.

How long after a payment is missed should you wait to send a letter for rent payment?

Anytime after a tenant has missed their rent payment, is a good time to send a letter for rent payment. It is all up to the landlord as to when a good time is. Personally, I would suggest waiting two weeks time to give the tenant enough time to gather the money if they have it to give to you late, and if not within those first two weeks, then send them a late payment letter.

By how much will a credit score drop if a mortgage payment is 30 days late?

When most credit scores are computed, there is no difference in type of late payment at the 30 day point. Whether it be a mortgage payment, auto loan payment, personal loan payment or credit card payment, the impact is going to be generally the same (unless one has a record of late payments). The credit score will drop from 25 to 50 points for the missed payment and it will take about a year to get MOST of those points back (two years is generally the "missed payment" cutoff for most scoring systems).

When would a house be in danger of repossession?

Typically, a house can be repossessed after 90 days of non payment by the mortgage holder. However, it is not illegal for repossession to begin after a missed payment, though this is extremely rare.
