Not in any state that I am aware of. In many states the legal age is 17. You really should look into that and make sure before entering into a relationship with a minor. There are some serious consequences for Statuary Rape. In some states aside from jail time and fines, you would also need to register on the Sex Offenders Registry. That will follow you the rest of life. The consequences far outweigh the reward.

It's legal and OK as long as the parents are OK with it. If you plan on having sex though you have to have reached age of consent in your state.
