I'd say that instead of going for a formal sales training program, you should learn it on your own. Yes, it'll require a bit of hard work and consistency on your end but the internet, especially online video platorms are littered with tons and tons of sales training videos. You can learn a lot from different resources. If you are adamant on forking out cash, then you can and should look up sales training programs that closely relate to your business niche, or the type of job you're eventually going to sign up for, post your sales training regime. Another cheap and super effective option is to try out Trellus's mock ai sales training calls. The platform will set you up against different ai calls that are based on real life past interactions between a sales person and a prospect. Rest assured, it'll feel pretty real and you should be bringing your A game to the table.
You should see a BMI Chart to figure out this sort of info. See: http://www.consumer.gov/weightloss/bmi.htm

Most PA programs these days are masters programs. There are still some bachelors programs and possibly some that confer no degree. There are practicing PAs that have no degree since it was not always required. Check out the program you are interested in to see what the prerequisites are.
