someone meaning a police officer? the answer is YES. if it is a police officer. random people have no right to demand a test of anyone. ---- I don't know, but I think they should be able to. If the 'SOMEONE' is a person of authority, such as the school nurse, the principle, or a Police officer if the minor has been driving, they should be able to. If you're not guilty of drinking, the Breathalyzer test shouldn't bother you. It's not like they're going to take blood from you; they just want you to breathe into the Breathalyzer. But, if you have an accident due to drunk driving, you're going to lose a lot more than "a blood sample". If you have a medical condition, such as Diabetes, which can cause a false Positive, I'd think you'd want to know about it. Since you're a minor, Please, STOP DRINKING. Get counseling if you have a drinking problem. You can be helped.

I used to work in the Emergency Room. The condition that accident victims arrive in is unbelievable. Some are all mangled, crushed and bleeding, and the victim can't have any pain medication until after the doctor examines him. A friend lost both of his feet in a drunk driving accident.

Many people complain about how their "rights" are being infringed upon. But, as a part of Society, we have responsibilities, too. You wouldn't want a 'minor' drunk driver to hit you, or any member of your family, would you?

Get help. Getting ****** up with your friends is not the best way to live.
