I have been told by a Breast cancer nurse that this is completely normal and due to an increased amount of estrogen. This can be exacerbated by being over weight.

Yes! I am 5 weeks now and knew a week after ovulation. I felt nauseous, and my breasts/nipples were sore. I had never felt like that. I took a test at 9 days past ovulation and got a positive!
