Well, honey, first things first - wash your hands with soap and water like you're scrubbing away your sins. Then, grab a lemon wedge and give those stinky fingers a good rub down. If that doesn't do the trick, try some vinegar or baking soda to really kick that cigarette smell to the curb. And for goodness sake, maybe consider quitting those cancer sticks altogether.

Take a stainless steel spoon and rub it on your hands under cold water kind of like you would with a bar of soap. I don't know how it works but it does. :) You can also rub your hands on the faucet to remove the smell.
