1911 model pistols , by all manufactures, used serial numbers to date the manufacture date of their pistols. therefore, to obtain the date of any 1911 pistol you have to furnish a serial number.
Year of manufacture is not in the SN, it's on the date code on the barrel but I'm guessing early 90's.
Unfortunately, the current owner of SAKO (Beretta) does not publish date of manufacture tables for NEW Sako rifles. Try contacting Beretta Customer Support through their website.
