There are states that don't allow certain types of guns
Most states have restrictions on guns for felons
In the US no state has a complete ban on firearms as protected as a right by the 2nd Amendment
Certain bans on handguns have been attempted with weak results that have been reversed in the Supreme Court
Absolutly. You have to have that in all states that allow airsoft guns. If you dont, it may confuse the police and make them think that you have a real gun! Email me at vino12@aim.com for any questions about guns from airsoft, all the way up to real guns.
sorry no atleast i dont know any
Toy guns can be purchased at nearly any large box store in the United States. Toy guns resemble real guns in shape but are often colorful to differenciate them from real guns.
In reality, none of the guns would be school appropriete...except maby the covenant based guns, since they dont resemble any guns of today...
No states have any such restriction
The number of guns owned by civilians in the United States is estimated to be between 238 million and 276 million. There is no gun registration on the Federal level, except for machine guns. There is no registration on the state level in the majority of the states for any guns. This means that most of these are not registered.
Most states allow any type of ammunition that is available on the commercial market. As I understand it, hollow point ammo is not legal in New Jersey, but as far as I know, that is the only state that has that law.
Take out a gun and shoot it if goverment allow guns or Smash it with any crap that you can find

Airsoft guns are considered toys so they are not illegal in any state (except New York). However, it must have a bright orange tip in the front or it can be considered a real wepon. P.S. You have to be 18 to buy them
Being gay is not illegal in any US state.
