No Spinners are a copy and a mock version of the Original Brand Heelys,
They Spinners Have 2 wheels which is kind of hard to use considering they use break to easily and the front wheels tend to make you slip.
Heelys are tons safer and easier to use.
So I would just say that Spinners is simply a cheat mock up version.
