you can use a hookah by putting tabacco in it (hense the legal way) but some will smoke weed while using a hookah. I've never used a hookah but i've seen it a couple of times and im sure that there is a hose in which you inhale the smoke from and a place where you set your weapon of choice ( hence tabacco or weed)
