Clog and oxfords are very different shoes. They are different because clogs originated in Holland, and the oxfords originated in Italy which are totally different places with different styles. The clog is made of wood and usually have no shoe strings. On the other hand, oxfords have shoestrings and defined sections. Oxfords are only worn by fashionable people.
