Speaking from personal experience, I would say yes. At the beginning it is uncomfortable to have something new sticking out from your body, but over time you get used to it. It's still uncomfortable to be out in public sometimes, especially when wearing a white shirt! Plus it may hurt if someone bumps into your chest. I also get uncomfortable when wearing a tight shirt and there a boys around staring. Oh, and when wearing swimsuits, nipples sometimes show through. Unfortunately there is nothing we can do and we must just accept the fact that girls have it harder than boys.
Bra's are uncomfortable. If you want your breasts to protrude, sure you can wear a bra. It would be more manly to buy an elastic bandage and wrap your breasts.
All this will do is to give you sore breasts. Possibly, if you are allergic to latex, skin rashes in the shape of the rubber bands. And it would be hugely uncomfortable. It will not make your breasts grow.
Bras can be important for small breasts. If you are comfortable without a bra that's okay, and if you are uncomfortable without a bra it's okay to want to wear one.
It can mean that your menstrual cycle is about to start.
Because we don't like when they move and it can even hurt. It's also uncomfortable with guys staring.
It's important to communicate your boundaries and let your crush know if their behavior makes you uncomfortable. Make sure to address the issue respectfully and assertively.
You need to tell him that, and if he doesn't respect you for that, find a better boyfriend. If that stuff keeps happening and you warned him, you could go to the police and file a case for sexual harassment... Boyfriend or not, if you are uncomfortable with anyone touching you in any area or way, you need to do something about it.
It's not the age that matters but that size. if you have breasts and it feels uncomfortable and maybe they move when you walk and it can hurt, it's time to get one.

No, but it get's a bit uncomfortable when your boobs are rubbing against your shirt, and it feels weirder when you get hit there, or lay down on your chest with out a bra on.
It could well be. During puberty your body does go through a period of hormonal changes and this can cause irritability or discomfort. Having sore breasts is a common complaint among growing girls. I would keep an eye out of any changes, and If the burning pains become worse or the pain in your breasts becomes really uncomfortable then consult your doctor. :) Hope this helps
This actually happened to me with both my children. Although my breasts were generally sore throughout my pregnancy, the degree of pain varied. They were bad in beginning, better in the middle, and worse at the end. It was to the point where wearing a bra was extremely uncomfortable.
