No!!! Never ever ever ever purchase Benecol! The second ingredient on the list is PARTIALLY HYDYOGENATED SOYBEANOIL and it dares claim itself to be a healthy product? You would be better off eating butter! I just ate two tbsp of that crap because I, for one time, didn't read the label before the purchase and I resent it deeply now I am going to throw up what I just ate this morning.
