The main issues here are the bun, which is probably white bread; and the hotdog, which is processed meat (better avoided). If you have an otherwise healthy diet including plenty of whole-grain foods and vegetables, that hotdog and bun once a week or so will most likely be okay. The same goes for the occasional slice of Pizza or ice cream cone. If you have 95% healthy foods, the once-a-week treat is okay.
