I dont know im 18 year old and also 510 and weight 205 im starting to jog now but any way getting back to your question ive heard is about 175 or 160 but I think it depends cause if your a big guy or maybe lightweighted you know im just gonna jog until I feel good about myself and get a decent girl!!!
