2,000 calories, but with plenty of exercise, too. Well it all depends. You should be around 1600-2200 calories per day. So if you want less try to keep it around 400 calories per meal. Remember you are growing, at this age you can NOT compare yourself to other people. Some people might be super skinny and some might be a little chubby. But you are growing,at age 11 you are all going to be different weights and that is TOTALLY normal. I remeber at your age i was very conserned about my weight. But I relized I was only eating 480 calories. And my body was going into starvation mode. Remember you are a growing person. You are perfect the way you are. :)
