Is this guy just shy? Does he like to be around you? There are many signs to know if he is interested in you or not. Also there is the possibility that he wants to get to know you better before making a connection with you. Could it be that he wants to be friends first before starting a relationship. And is it possible that he is recently divorced? It takes time to heal wounds from a divorce and are you willing to play the waiting game. Time will tell if this guy will come around but you've got a life to live. So be on your way and have fun and maybe he'll see that and want to be part of it.
