He probably likes you. BUT he does like this other girl too. He probably knows he has you "on the hook" kind of like a back up plan. I know this sounds TERRIBLE. But he does like you. You have two options 1. work hard make him like you more!! 2. ignore him so he knows he doesnt have you as "backup" so he tries a little harder to get you back.. :)
