its too dry in Arizona, and they don't want another wildfire. annoying, isn't it? i live in California and theyre illegal here too. however, there is a bill in legislation to allow some types of fireworks in Arizona so you might be in luck if it gets passed.

Fireworks are restricted in Arizona due to the dry climate and high risk of wildfires. The state has strict regulations to prevent accidental fires caused by fireworks. Additionally, the loud noises of fireworks can disturb wildlife and pets in the area.

IT DEPENDS on what you define as fireworks. ALL states classify what is legal in THEIR OWN particular state. You will have to check you own state laws.
