Bubble wrap is the obvious answer because it has air pockets and gas is and insulator. Tin foil would conduct it and the newspaper would insulate it but very well!

Bubble wrap is a better insulator than newspaper or tin foil. Bubble wrap contains air pockets that help to trap heat, while newspaper and tin foil are not as effective at insulating. Tin foil is actually a conductor of heat and would not provide as much insulation as bubble wrap.

I think its newspaper. Why? Well, I've heard that if your stranded and are cold use newspaper to stuff in your clothes. Clothes is mostly made out of cloth. Also, cloth breathes which means that is doesn't hold heat lke wool.
