∙ 17y agoThis is actually a trick question. There is NO High Pressure Port on the Volvo 850 Turbo. Service is done by connecting to the Low Pressure Side and using this access to both Evacuate and Service. Chrysler for a few years did not use a High Pressure Port and required connecting a Scan Tool to the OBDII Connector and taking readings this way but Volvo does not even offer this option. Todd

∙ 17y agoThe air conditioner high pressure port on a 1995 Volvo 850 is typically located near the firewall on the passenger side of the engine compartment. It is usually marked with an "H" or "High" label on the port cap. Be sure to consult your vehicle's manual for the exact location.
Wind moves from high pressure to low pressure. Air always moves from areas of high pressure to areas of low pressure in an attempt to equalize pressure differences.
High pressure = High temperature
A fluid will move from high pressure to low pressure.
No. High pressure is pressure that is higher than an established normal pressure. The pressure may be rising, falling, or remain the same
High pressure and high temperature are related concepts but not the same. High pressure refers to the force exerted on a system, while high temperature refers to the amount of thermal energy present in a system. They can influence each other, for example, increasing pressure can sometimes lead to an increase in temperature.
Hello, while I was searching my Volvo air intake I found out my required Part at AutoSparePartsUsa.com. I would like to suggest you this link ,check it out:http://www.autosparepartsusa.com/Getsubcatsearch.aspx?modelid=846&catid=240497&catname=Air~Intake
Yes. there is a low and high pressure cutoff switch for the newer cars 1995+
The 1996 850 doesn't have a high pressure port. Recharging is done through to low pressure side.
you should have 2pumps, a low pressure in the tnk and a high pressure in the line.
under the hood on the passenger side toward the frount of the car. With the engine off look just below the windshield washer filler neck and there will be a hex shaped cap, thats it, remove and this is your low side port. Volvo 850's dont have a high side port.
relieve the pressure off the high pressure side
It don't have a low pressure valve. the high pressuer sensor is in the high pressure line next to the raditor. It don't have a low pressure valve. the high pressuer sensor is in the high pressure line next to the raditor.
it is the low pressure side
non condensebles in system dirty cond coil high ambient poss over charge
Recharging should be on low-pressure side only
high head pressure and a higher supply temp.
you will only find a hi pressure side
