Wineries employ a number of positions. Like any retail store, they have managers, cashiers, cleaners. Those wineries that offer wine tasting, also have hosts and promotions attandants who are well versed in wine. The person that oversees wine production at a winery is winemaker. Many other staff work in back rooms, vineyard, and possibly restaurant on site.
