My Husband has blue eyes, but they have hues of yellow in the middle, so sometimes his eyes look blue & sometimes they look very green, & sometimes in between. Blue & yellow do make green, so I personally think it depends what color the person is wearing that day & how the light hits their eyes as well. This is just my personal view on it.
