I have depression too, and there are seriously times when I am 100% prepared to END it. What stops me? My brother. Focus on your loved ones. Think of how much they would suffer if you left.

Your skin isn't paper, don't cut it.

Your smile isn't a sneeze, don't cover it.

Your are not a book, don't judge yourself by your cover

And most importantly, your life isn't a film. Don't end it.

ANSWER 1 Why do you hate your life?I find when I'm depressed, making someone else's day helps me feel better; give someone a hug, smile, talk to them, ask them about their day...I try empathizing with whomever I'm talking to and that helps me see beauty in many things, including life.When you think about ending your life, just give yourself another chance. Give life another chance and know you won't feel that way forever. ANSWER2 Go to psychiatrist at the earliest before you go in state of severe hopelessness and helplessness that can take you to suicide. ANSWER 3 You may be suffering from Major Depressive Disorder. Meet a Psychiatrist and start antidepressants. You will experience a miracle.

I disagree with all of these other comments. I think that you are the only one who can decide whether you want to continue living or not. I think of suicide as if it were the death sentence. The government should not be able to decide whether or not you get to live. Same as your loved ones, yes they will be sad but then again you won't be there to see that. You need to find your own reason for living, maybe it's a passion for something or wanting to get a certain job, it's up to you to find your own reason to want to continue living
