To address rust under a bathtub, you can start by removing the rust using a rust remover or a solution of vinegar and baking soda. After removing the rust, apply a rust-inhibiting primer and paint to prevent further rusting. Consider having a professional inspect and address any underlying issues that may have caused the rust.
