Since I found this question in the humor section the person asking is obviously someone who has earned their bones, so to speak. Since 'vitreous' has to do with objects resembling, or having the nature of glass or made from glass, I would assume that Vitreous Humor had to do with humor which was fairly transparent to the average individual. Such as knock, knock jokes, puns and riddles. Since "Aqueous" means relating to, or resembling water or made from, with, or by water, one could assume that Aqueous Humor would be a more flowing and fluid type of humor. One might even say that this type of humor is more obtuse, more mental and not quite so in your face. Thus, while it might seem an oxymoron, a dry sense of humor could be classified as Aqueous Humor, as could this answer. If you're asking a medical question, I'm sorry but I have no clue.

The vitreous humor is a clear gel-like fluid found in the posterior chamber of the eye that helps maintain its shape and support the retina. The aqueous humor, on the other hand, is a clear watery fluid found in the anterior chamber of the eye that helps nourish and oxygenate the surrounding structures like the cornea and lens. Both fluids play essential roles in maintaining the health and function of the eye.
