∙ 9y agoThe higher the power, the more difficult it is to have the item being viewed centered in the viewing field. However at lower power the viewing angle is wider and it is easier to find and position the item in the field. So we start by centering the item in the field at lower power, increase the power and center it again.

∙ 9y agoThe magnification power refers to the enlarging power of a microscope. A microscope basically magnifies objects that are placed under the slides.
The power source of an electron microscope is electricity. The instrument requires a stable power supply to generate and control the electron beam used to magnify the sample being observed. The power is typically supplied through a dedicated electrical outlet or power source connected to the microscope.
The power of a microscope refers to its ability to magnify an object. This can range from low power, which magnifies around 40-100 times, to high power, which can magnify up to 400-1000 times or more. The power of the microscope determines how much detail can be seen in the specimen being observed.
A high-power microscope, such as an electron microscope, is used to visualize the endoplasmic reticulum. The intricate structure of the endoplasmic reticulum requires high magnification and resolution to observe its details effectively.
The objective lens with the lowest magnification, usually 4x. Be sure to clean all the lens with lens paper before putting the microscope away.

Do not allow the high power objective to tough the lenses
You don't have to its just to see the different cycles.
The lower power objective for the microscope is the small lense on the microscope. The size usuall ranges at 4x on the microscope.
The magnification power refers to the enlarging power of a microscope. A microscope basically magnifies objects that are placed under the slides.
To turn on a microscope, first ensure that it is plugged into a power source. Then locate the power switch, usually at the base of the microscope, and turn it on. Allow the microscope to power up fully before using it.

The term that refers to the power of a microscope is "magnification." Magnification indicates the degree to which the image of an object is enlarged when viewed through a microscope, providing details that may not be visible to the naked eye.
On each lens of a Microscope there is a marking that states the magnification power.
A dissecting microscope typically has a magnification power ranging from 5x to 40x.
The lowest power of a microscope is typically 4x, known as the scanning objective lens.
The low power objective lens on a microscope is also known as the scanning lens.
