A LOT of crap. It's got parabens and sulfates, which are BEYOND terrible for your hair. It might make it soft, but it is WAY too expensive for all the disgusting stuff that's in there. You're better off buying shampoos from whole foods that are all natural and won't EVER have any bad chemicals.
