There are 2 stages to mushroom growth. Mycelium growth and Fruit growth. Mycelium must be grown at at around 28C , in complete darkness. The actual Mushroom , but have 90-99% humidity, well plenty of air ( No co2 build up ) at around 27C

There are many different types of mushrooms so this question needs much more detail. Some mushrooms grow in very cold climates and some can grow in tropical or hot climates. So it depends on what type of mushroom it is

Hi the best place to grow a mushroom is in the dark in moist damp conditions, may I also add a good soil with lots of nutrients is required for good growth.
